You don’t want to keep losing the same 10, 15, 20+ lbs over and over.  

 

We don’t have a weight loss problem; we have a “skill that has not been developed problem” and therefore we are staying stuck.  We are feeling frustrated, overwhelmed and feel like throwing in the towel because everything we have done hasn’t worked, so why bother. 

 

But I bet, like me, you don’t know these skills. I sure didn’t and spent decades doing what I was told to do, eat less and move more. And sure, that might work for the short term or when you are under 30, but it doesn’t work the older you get and for the long term.

 

 

But learning the skills to work with our brain does work long term and these are the skills that I will share with you without having to deprive yourself of the foods and drinks that you love. 

 

If your brain doesn't like change but you are trying to change so that you can lose weight, crush cravings and end mindless munching, what can you do? 

  

 

If you were alive and breathing yesterday, your brain doesn’t see any reason for you to change anything that you are doing.  

 

But you want to change, and you keep struggling to keep your changes because you don’t understand that it isn’t want you want but rather how to work with your brain to make these changes succeed long-term. 

 

This is normal. You can’t fight your brain that has kept humans safe for 10,000 years.  So, what do we do??

And when I talk with other women they feel that way too. So, I delved further into holistic health – the emotional, mental and physical – wrote a book, and have been in this field for many years helping 1000’s of women.


I discovered that by being smarter, not working harder, I could get the results I wanted and also for my clients. It started with some really small shifts that I will share with you over time. With this new knowledge, I felt ALIVE, VIBRANT and COMFORTABLE in my own skin. And my clients felt this way too!

My mission is to continue to help women step into the body they WANT. To feel confident & sexy, in control of their food choices and have their clothes fit just as they should while having the energy to live a VIBRANT life.
