Daily Hand & Finger Mobility Routine (5 Minutes)

1. Finger Flicks (30 sec)

Shake hands loosely, then flick fingers out like shaking off water.
🔁 Repeat 3 rounds.

2. Tendon Glides (1 min)

Hold your hand up and go through these shapes:
✅ Straight hand
✅ Hook fist (top 2 joints bent)
✅ Full fist
✅ Straight fist (knuckles bent, fingertips straight)
🔁 5 reps of each on both hands

3. Thumb Circles (30 sec each way)

Make wide, slow circles with your thumb like you’re drawing in the air.
Reverse direction.

4. Wrist Stretch (1 min)

Palm down on a table, gently press to stretch the wrist and forearm.
Hold for 30 seconds each side.

5. Palm Massage or Forearm Roll (1–2 min)

Use a ball or your other hand to massage your palm and inner forearm.
Focus on any tender spots.
